About The Position
This position involves general store team member duties, including operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, and preparing products. The role also requires receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. Daily cleaning of equipment and the facility is also a key responsibility. A significant part of the role involves continuous use of hands and good eye-hand coordination for tasks such as shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using a rolling cutter, and assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Requirements
- Eye-hand coordination is essential
- Use of hands is continuous during the day
- Ability to perform activities requiring use of one or both hands frequently
- Ability to perform frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough
- Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter
- Ability to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
