About The Position
This position involves general store team member duties including operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires significant manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination, with continuous use of one or both hands throughout the day. Specific tasks include shaping pizza dough with frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists, manipulating a pizza peel for oven use and a rolling cutter, and frequent, forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes. Team members must also be able to grasp various items such as cans, phones, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
Requirements
- Eye-hand coordination is essential.
- Use of hands is continuous during the day.
- Frequently activities require use of one or both hands.
- Ability to shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
- Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter.
- Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
- Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
- Ability to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
