Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery. Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle. Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures upon delivery. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Ensure compliance with all DOT and Hazmat regulations during transport List the essential job duties that are specific to the position. Warehouse Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, including hazardous materials. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions. Pick and pack orders for delivery or shipment. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Production Assistance: Assist in the production process, including the setup and operation of machinery. Monitor production quality and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure all production materials, including hazardous materials, are available and stocked. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment. Your Profile / Qualifications Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a clean driving record. Hazmat Certification. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, particularly those related to hazardous materials. The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $28-$31 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
