About The Position

RLP Mechanical is looking for a dependable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience delivering parts, tools, and supplies to construction sites across the greater Dallas Ft Worth area.

RLP Mechanical, based out of Waxahachie, provides high-quality commercial HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, and refrigeration services across the DFW area. We’re built on craftsmanship, safety, and respect. Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous delivery experience in the DFW area (required).
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver parts, tools, and supplies to construction sites throughout the DFW area.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
