We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery & Equipment Specialist . This dual role is critical to our operations, ensuring that life-sustaining respiratory and DME is delivered safely to patients' homes and that our inventory and supplies are meticulously managed. You will be a face of our company to our patients and the backbone of our warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Report to work daily at scheduled start times; participate in an On-Call rotation (including weekdays, weekends, and holidays) as scheduled.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, sit for extended periods of time, and drive extensive distances daily within our California service areas.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Fundamental computer skills and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, set up, and pick up medical equipment and supplies to patients’ homes in a timely, efficient, professional manner.
  • Conduct demonstrations and patient education to ensure equipment is used safely and effectively.
  • Efficiently manage daily routes; maintain strict SLAs, ETAs, and communicate proactively with dispatch and patients.
  • Act as a face of the company, ensuring professional appearance and problem-solving patient concerns in the field.
  • Conduct and document daily physical vehicle inspections; maintain a professional, safe, and clean vehicle environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other digital tools and software to process delivery/pickup paperwork.
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding respiratory equipment setup and patient privacy.
  • Identify, label, and bag contaminated equipment following strict quarantine and "Dirty" area protocols.
  • Load/unload equipment and supplies; assist in pulling equipment from the warehouse based on delivery tickets; oversee the intake, cleaning, maintenance, and tracking of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Strictly adhere to PPE requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
