About The Position
We’re a Texas-based coffee company established in 2003, specializing in small-batch, custom roasting and sourcing the finest coffee beans from farmers worldwide. Our ultimate goal is to achieve perfection in every cup. We serve coffee shops, restaurants, churches, and offices across the San Antonio and Austin areas. The company is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver to join their team and represent the brand on the road every day.
Requirements
- 4+ years of delivery driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to start early morning shifts reliably
- Physical ability to load, unload, and move boxed products throughout the shift
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company van to deliver boxed products to customers on assigned routes
- Load and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service at every stop
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical concerns promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Pick product in the warehouse according to invoice paperwork for 12-15 orders
