As a Delivery Driver/Courier, you'll ensure timely delivery of vital products, build strong relationships with our partner facilities, and directly impact patient outcomes. This role involves safe vehicle operation, accurate loading/unloading, and providing exceptional customer service, including stock checks and potential in-facility deliveries. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery and customer service.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Safe & Efficient Delivery: Operate light trucks to deliver Gentell products along established routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with customers, providing courteous and professional service, including in-facility deliveries and stock checks.
  • Vehicle Management: Conduct pre-trip inspections, ensure proper loading/unloading, and maintain accurate vehicle records (mileage, fuel, etc.).
  • Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, reporting vehicle issues, accidents, and delivery challenges.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and other relevant information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
