About The Position

Staccato is seeking a Driver and Blasting & Coating Technician I to assist in daily drop off and pickups of anodized parts. This role involves operating a small to medium-sized vehicle, typically a truck, within a limited area (Florence, TX to Waco, TX and/or San Antonio, TX regularly). When driving runs are complete, the Blasting & Coating Technician I will assist the coating department in achieving daily throughput. Requirements

• High school or GED diploma required
• Valid DL for a minimum of 5 years
• Clear driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to understand, interpret, and explain technical information
• Intermediate Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Exercise sound judgment and a commitment to safe driving
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of all relevant laws of the road and experience driving under varied conditions, at night and in bad weather
• Make promised deliveries on time and without incident
• Sandblast parts and fixtures
• Sort and put parts back into their bins
• Assist in running the DLC coating process
• Laser engrave parts
• Verify incoming serialized items
• Perform daily shop cleaning and maintenance
