The Delivery Services Director will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for the oversight, management, and execution of services rendered to internal and external clients based on Steel Point’s Digital Transformation solutions. Profit and loss responsibility of Federal Civilian portfolio. Analyze market trends specific to Steel Point’s solutions and services and create and implement business and marketing plans and strategies to meet goals and objectives. Identify, execute and monitor goals that contribute to the overall success of the company. Reexamine and modify strategies that are not pushing the business unit to meet its goals. Interface directly with lead-customers, suppliers and across Steel Point services to achieve program success. Ensure each program is properly staffed and structured to achieve optimal support and growth opportunities. Lead key customer relationship management. Train and mentor staff, including maturing the capabilities for project managers. This position will include the opportunity to build out and strengthen a delivery management team, which will be co-created with the CEO to ensure the organization has sustainable support and infrastructure.
