Delivery Coordinator/ Auto Motive Product Specialist
About The Position
The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible to effectively communicate the following information. Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, SYNC (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone) Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues Check the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership Help with new and used vehicle descriptions

- Valid Driver’s License
