About The Position
What do Culligan Water Route Delivery Drivers do? Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs, delivering Culligan products and services. Products include softener tanks, bottled water, and 50# bags of salt Willing to be trained on water treatment servicing, such as filter changes and basic troubleshooting, allowing you to become a true expert in the field. Continually earn the trust of their neighbors and co-workers Work independently. Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detail-oriented, highly organized
- Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs or more with a cart
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
