The Delivery Advocate is responsible for delivering products to and from clients, maintaining positive communication with all employees and client contacts, and operating company equipment safely and responsibly. This role involves ensuring complete loads are delivered, trucks are cleaned and sanitized, and timely communication regarding truck maintenance. The advocate will also manage delivery paperwork, attend team meetings, promote company values, identify sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns and developing positive relationships.
