This role helps drive accountability, professionalism, and sustainability for AXIS. Reports to the Revenue Manager.

Requirements

Interest in real estate, business, or property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
A mindset focused on relationships, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
Agile mindset; Adaptable and comfortable with change, excited by growth
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn industry tools (i.e. AppFolio)
Ability to display empathy and maintain accountability

Responsibilities

Collect all unreceived revenue
Communicate proactively and retroactively with all delinquent residents
Coordinate notices, late fees, and follow-up communication
Manage payment plans
Facilitate timely legal action; including owning the eviction process ensuring legal compliance throughout
Flag irregularities and coordinate fixes with accounting and property management teams
