About The Position

The Delinquency Management Reporting and Data Analysis intern will support data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret performance metrics, develop actionable insights, and contribute to strategic planning. They assist in creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and preparing presentations that inform sales strategy and operational improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in transforming data into meaningful business outcomes within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program – upperclassmen and graduate students preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate thoughts, communicate, completely, and concisely.
Strong, organizational, and detail skills, with the ability to consistently perform as business requests.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to adjust easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship.
Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to understand current collections strategy focusing on reporting and opportunities for further growth.
Strategize on what resources, tools and training are required across the organization for the delinquency management product set.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track delinquency trends and performance metrics.
Analyze historical data to identify patterns and opportunities for operational improvements.
Support ad hoc reporting needs for leadership and strategy teams.
Evaluate performance against key goals and metrics to identify/recommend/implement optimizations to increase efficiency, productivity, sales and return on investment.
Perform all other duties as assigned
