Deli managers oversee daily operations and act as leaders for convenience store deli employees and the supervisors who work under them.

Manage all deli operations; direct, cook, clean,
Assist in the oversight and management of the superstation
Ensure that employees provide exceptional customer service
Ensure accuracy and integrity throughout all departments
Organizing team roles, assignments, and daily operations
Supervise and discipline all store employees according to company policy
Follow and enforce all Company Policies and established procedures in the store operations
Communicate and perform all price signage change requests
Motivate, encourage, coach, and challenge store employees
Plan, identify, communicate and delegate employee responsibilities
Interview, hire, and train employees
Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
Ensure that employees respond promptly to risks, hazards, and emergencies
Promote and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Show effective time management, constantly monitoring store staffing levels
Monitor cash over/short and inventory shrinkage daily
Order and maintain inventory
Conduct price checks and maintain pricing
Operate tools and equipment safely
Comply with Loss Prevention guidelines
Comply with supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits, and attitude
Function as a team member and get along with others
Adhere to daily work schedule
Work weekends, any shift, holidays, and overtime as needed
Work in a fast-paced environment
Perform other duties as needed and assigned
