Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise deli employees to maintain proper staffing.
  • Plan daily production, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and display hot and cold deli foods, seasonal trays, and specialty items.
  • Operate deli equipment (slicers, scales, cash register) safely and accurately.
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and temperature checks per regulations.
  • Resolve customer issues and promote deli products through sampling and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and reporting procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including grooming and uniform standards.
  • Analyze sales reports and make quality decisions to meet department goals
