About The Position

Sullivan's Foods is hiring for a Deli Department Manager to join our team! As the Deli Department Manager, you will: lead a remarkable team of deli/food service customer service champions - you'll be responsible for coaching, training, developing, and influencing your team to achieve department and store goals provide remarkable customer service to each and every guest - whether they visit our store or call us for a special order or with questions build exciting merchandising displays that help us sell more products to our guests and reach our gross profit goals evaluate product for quality and freshness to ensure that the product we have available to our guests is only the highest quality order product and ensure proper inventory levels assist department team members with their job duties to include preparing product, maintaining a clean and safe work setting, stocking product, organizing the cooler and freezer, breaking down cardboard and taking out the trash. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age;
  • Previous retail/customer service and/or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities
