About The Position

As a Deli Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing, displaying, and serving deli products to customers. You will ensure freshness, quality, and cleanliness in the deli area, while providing excellent customer service to all guests.

Requirements

• Ability to operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and slice deli meats, cheeses, and other products according to specifications.
• Serve customers promptly and courteously, answering questions about products and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area and equipment.
• Stock and rotate deli items to ensure freshness.
• Assist in inventory management and placing orders for deli supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient deli operations.
