Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Conduct room inspections and monitor public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Assist with scheduling, supply management, and inventory control.
• Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
