Provides service to guests, (i.e. taking orders for deli, espresso, making change, and answering questions concerning casino food and entertainment). Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Greet guests and answer questions Processes all food revenue transactions for the deli and satellite areas Ability to be cross trained to work in the satellite areas Provides food service and makes sales to gaming floor guests using the food cart Assists guests with comps and food specials Stock the condiments and maintains the deli beverage stations Maintains the cleanliness of the deli dining and counter areas Secondary Functions: Busses tables in the deli and clears Poker buss cart Assists staff as needed with guest service Performs cash handling tasks consistent with the F&B Cash Handling Procedures Performs opening and closing procedures as outlined Replenishes coffee in the Employee Dining Area, as directed (ie.; late nights) Other duties deemed necessary
