Brown’s Deli is Fairmont Orchid’s at your leisure stop for island snacks, beverages and tasty meals to-go. Our collection of artisan goodies, gourmet sandwiches, smoothies, coffee, shave ice, locally made gifts and souvenirs perfectly compliment the Hawaiian Islands. What you will be doing: Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment. Responsible for fulfilling orders to include preparing and serving all customary items including sandwiches, snacks, coffee beverages while keeping the station clean and organized and supplied at all times. Mains a bank and handles all monetary transactions. Prepares all appropriate records and reports. Responsible for keeping all items stocked and ordering food items and paper goods. Stocked items may include, but are not limited to, prepping basic food items necessary for service throughout the day. Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned according to standards and procedures Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
