About The Position

The Deli/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role involves achieving sales and profit goals, controlling quality assurance standards, and monitoring all functions within the Deli department. Fry’s Food Stores, an Arizona-based company merged with The Kroger Company in 1983, serves customers in over 120 stores. Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
• Control all established quality assurance standards
• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Deli department
