About The Position

The Deli/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Deli department. This role involves controlling quality assurance standards and monitoring all functions, duties, and activities within the department, while demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Fred Meyer, a part of The Kroger Company, serves customers in over 120 stores across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department
  • Control all established quality assurance standards
  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Deli department
