About The Position

This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Deli department. It also involves controlling quality assurance standards, monitoring all department functions, and demonstrating the company's core values. Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and control all established quality assurance standards.
Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Deli department.
