This position is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return, and achieving sales and profit goals for the Deli department while controlling all established quality assurance standards. The role also involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities related to the Deli department and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Dillons, based in Hutchinson, Kansas, merged with The Kroger Company in 1983 and proudly serves customers in over 60 stores throughout Kansas.
