The Deficiency Seller role is to execute on all identified deficiencies from the field technicians. Executing includes quoting the required repairs, working with the customer to understand the need to perform the work, and closing the sale. Secondarily, this position should enhance customer relationships by working to better understand the customers’ needs and identifying other potential opportunities for additional sales. This exciting role will be instrumental in delivering increased revenue as well as contributing to customer experience and retention.
