About The Position

The Deficiency Sales Representative oversees and manages assigned departmental deficiency programs by preparing proposals, service quotes, and recommendations related to customer system deficiencies. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and resolving system and equipment deficiencies to ensure compliance with industry safety codes and standards. The Deficiency Sales Representative works closely with facility managers, maintenance teams, regulatory authorities, and contractors to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Account Management or Sales Experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Netsuite, Service Trade, and Salesforce is encouraged, but not required
  • Comfortable with spreadsheet software, such as Word processing systems and Google Sheets

Responsibilities

  • Make daily follow-up, courtesy phone calls, and emails
  • Review, quote, and present technician-identified deficiencies and recommendations to customers
  • Quote new or stalled deficiencies as well as complementary services daily
  • Utilize Sales Force and Service Trade real-time data to drive decision-making
  • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company sales goals
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for business operations
  • Build your pipeline of opportunities and manage through Salesforce
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
