About The Position
Defense Technology Senior Executive Advisor The Opportunity: As a Senior Executive Advisor, you will serve as a strategic leader driving innovation, modernization, and mission impact across the global defense sector. You will lead advanced technical and business development initiatives that accelerate next‑generation mission technologies, shape enterprise investment priorities, and strengthen Booz Allen’s competitive posture against emerging threats. This includes expanding mission‑focused analysis, technology scouting, concept development, and solution design—while amplifying the company’s thought leadership through strategic outreach, white papers, and high‑impact proposals. You will deepen collaboration across the Defense Technology Group and with company flagship partners, ensuring integrated, differentiated solutions for Foreign Materiel Sales, Commercial Defense Markets, the Department of War, and the Intelligence Community in alignment with Global Defense Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with senior U.S. defense leaders, industry partners, venture investors, and technology innovators to gather insights that inform enterprise strategy and guide capability development. A core focus will be accelerating growth across Mission Technologies, especially within the U.S. Army enterprise—including Battle Management, Assured Communications, and Spectrum Dominance. You will drive strategic positioning to secure marquee wins, champion campaigns that protect and connect the force, and lead development of mission critical relationships across FMS, DoW, commercial sectors, and the Intelligence Community. Through these efforts, you will help propel Booz Allen’s national security impact and ensure the company remains aligned with evolving mission needs.
Requirements
- Experience with leading large defense and intelligence technology organization at the SES level
- Experience in the DoW or Military Service
- Experience as a visionary technology leader, including from vision to application
- Knowledge of the interplay of defense futures, mission requirements, and capability development
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
