About The Position

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. Work You'll Do A Specialist Executive will support specific, well-defined business growth objectives by leveraging deep industry experience, subject matter knowledge, eminence in the federal marketplace, and their extensive network. Specialist Executives contribute to the firm's growth and development by primarily focusing on: Sales/Business Development: Leverage relationships to bring in new business; differentiate Deloitte on key aspects of targeted sales; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at prospective clients; grow and develop new client relationships Client Management: Manage established client relationships on ongoing engagements as needed by the engagement leader. Participate or own interactions with executive clients and sponsors, as needed, but do not expect day-to-day engagement responsibilities. Practice Development & Eminence: Contribute to intellectual capital in niche area of experience; develop "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals; sit as a Board member; contribute to Deloitte learning through sharing of knowledge. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of Consulting experience
  • 5+ years Sales experience working with Government RFPs
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
