Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a federal or service headquarters environment supporting policy development, international agreements, and strategy
- 2+ years of experience in negotiations, including negotiating Memos of Agreement or Understanding
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within the IC and working with international military partners
- Knowledge of DoD international agreements and MOU or MOA directives, regulations, and procedures
- Possession of excellent critical and analytical thinking skills
