Defense Mission Professional Training SME The Opportunity: As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As a Defense Mission Professional Training SME, you’ll bring your tactical and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for training and education. You’ll provide support to the Marine Corps utilizing the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training devices as part of their training. You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps. You’ll oversee the work we do and the solutions we deliver for Marine Corps units training aboard a Marine Corps base camp and the surrounding area. You served your country as a Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps. Join us. Requirements

• Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
• Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
• Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units with accomplishing tactical-level training
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering, or Leadership field

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment
• Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process
• Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems
• Project Management Professional Certification
• Graduate of a Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School, Command and Staff College, or equivalent Service-level School
