Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years working in a customer service environment
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
  • Genuine passion for high-quality customer service — we care about our customers and it’s important to us that you do too
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • Expert knowledge of customer service satisfaction requirements
  • Willingness to learn and grow!
  • US Citizenship
  • Subject to a company and government background investigation including a criminal history and credit record review

Nice To Haves

  • Travel industry experience/contact center experience preferred
  • CWT accepts Military experience/certifications as substitute for some requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive change and employee engagement through effective communications
  • Use data to monitor counselors’ activity and trends to provide ongoing performance feedback for delivery of excellent customer experience
  • Demonstrate your business acumen and leadership
  • Coordinate and facilitate basic management approaches for work scheduling, prioritizing, and process execution for day-to-day work
