About The Position
Defense Acquisition Business Process Specialist The Opportunity: When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process. As a business process specialist on our team, you’ll analyze your customer’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and an interdisciplinary team to refine your customer’s definition of success, identify challenges and opportunities, and implement solutions. Requirements
- Experience in defense acquisition programs in a project management or operations role
- Knowledge of defense acquisition processes, program operations, and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with program leadership, problem-solve with program staff, and implement process changes
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in Army acquisition programs, including ground systems, with operation and process improvements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
