About The Position

At M&T Enterprises in Utah and Salt Lake Counties, we're hiring a full-time Deep Foundation Concrete Foreman who believes in building more than just a construction career. IN THIS DEEP FOUNDATION CONCRETE FOREMAN ROLE, YOU'LL: Lead and supervise footings and foundation builds Ensure the accuracy of all footing dimensions Oversee the placement of bolts and hold-downs Manage multiple crews and maintain a clean, safe job site Keep projects on schedule and meet all OSHA standards Take charge full-time between 6 AM and 4 PM

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience pouring footings and foundations
• Ability to read construction plans and grades
• Knowledge of elevations
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards
• Highly detail-oriented with great time management abilities
• Great leadership and collaboration skills
• Valid drivers license

• Being bilingual is a plus!
