About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews in the installation and construction of concrete structures, including manholes, drainage systems, and related components. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on expertise with concrete work, and the ability to manage projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in concrete and underground utility construction. Responsibilities Install and repair concrete structures such as manholes, catch basins, and drainage systems according to project specifications Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools Prepare work sites, including excavation, grading, and alignment for structures Pour and spread concrete to the required thickness and consistency Perform quality checks to confirm proper installation and structural integrity Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required Communicate regularly with other crew members and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed on schedule and within budget Develop and maintain relationships with crew members and subcontractors to ensure that they are aware of project schedules and deadlines Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in concrete installation, manhole construction, and underground utility work. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in concrete installation, manhole construction, and underground utility work.
