The Deduction Specialist is responsible for deduction resolution, problem solving, and researching discrepancies with payments from customers. This position will also assist the Accounting department with projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Basic Accounting experience with Deductions and Cash Application
Proficient with Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
Strong communications skills both verbally and written
Great customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
