Employees are required to work our normal business hours from 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. The Onsite Service Account Manager serves as a key liaison for members, customers, and providers by delivering expert guidance on UnitedHealthcare benefits, resolving claims and service inquiries, and supporting wellness initiatives at the worksite.
