Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid California Driver’s License (Out-of-state licenses not accepted)
- Reliable vehicle + current auto insurance (must be listed as insured driver)
- Able to pass background checks, drug screening, and DMV check
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – we’ll help you register if needed
- Negative TB test (we’ll cover the cost if you need one)
- Physically able to perform caregiving duties
- Flexible availability
- Two professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and reliability
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide medication reminders
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Transport clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
