Rather than rotating between multiple accounts, you will become the familiar, reliable IT presence for this organization. You will get to know their environment, their people, and their day-to-day needs, while always having the full Flexible IT team behind you when you need it.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT services
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good note-taking and documentation habits
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without things falling through the cracks
  • A professional, personable demeanor — someone users genuinely enjoy working with
  • Comfortable working independently while knowing when to loop in the team
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in or with an IT Managed Service Provider (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated on-site technology resource for a single client location
  • Configure and support on-premises and cloud-based hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users across the organization
  • Answer and address user inquiries, providing clear and helpful solutions
  • Keep users and management informed about the status of open requests
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns accurately and consistently
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client’s technology environment and communicate them back to the Flexible IT team
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through until resolved
