Position Summary: As a Dedicated Administrative Clerk for Pyle you will be responsible for checking in drivers and supporting administrative operations at our Dedicated location in Carteret, NJ. Start time: 7AM, Monday through Friday Pay rate - $20.00-$22.00 per hour full time

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Checking in Drivers When they return
  • Scanning delivery receipts into the system
  • Processing electronic load tenders (deliveries and pickups) and pushing them to the planning system
  • Regular interaction/coordination with customer
  • Assisting Account Manager with administrative tasks, when needed
