The Dedicated Account Manager acts as a front-line liaison between Kenco and the assigned customer. The role will manage the customer relationship and is responsible for identifying value added services and business opportunities within individual business units which match the customer's strategic plans. This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, supporting and performing project related activities within the customer's network. Dedicated Account Managers adhere to our disciplined approach to planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals within the network. This individual will also collaborate with customer and Kenco Leadership groups to identify scope, assess risk, prioritize and eventually manage opportunities to deployment.
