The Marketing & Ads Strategic Analytics team delivers advanced analytics, measurement, and decision support for Best Buy’s Marketing and Retail Media Network organizations. This role focuses on audience management, CRM analytics, and broader customer ‑ behavior insights that shape key marketing and RMN strategies. As a Decision Scientist , you will lead sophisticated analyses, build analytical frameworks, and deliver high ‑ impact insights that influence decision ‑ making across the organization. You’ll partner closely with CRM, RMN, Data Science, and other cross ‑ functional teams to deepen customer understanding and improve marketing effectiveness. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
