As a dedicated Decision Science Analyst Senior - Member Value, you will contribute to transforming member service experiences by supporting end-to-end analytics. You'll help uncover valuable insights that improve member satisfaction and support our service strategies. You'll work closely with experienced team members, learn to apply analytical tools, and assist in translating data into understandable recommendations. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel.
