Job Summary: We are looking for a Deburrer who will de-burr and inspect forged parts for any forging flash, defects, and/or excess metal from manufactured parts. They will use surface de-burring, sanding, and grinding tool to remove excess metal from manufactured parts.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs.
• Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.
• English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension)
• Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Use appropriate tools to remove excess metal and defects from manufactured parts, according to customer specification.
• Keep accurate count of part/work pieces.
• Work collaboratively with other employees within APP.
• Report faulty equipment or facility defect to supervisor.
• Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager.
