About The Position
Max Aerostructures is seeking a highly skilled Deburr to join their growing team in Wichita. Applicants must demonstrate ambition, strong work ethic, knowledge, and technical aptitude to perform a variety of deburr functions according to detailed specifications and meet strict quality requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft/aerospace deburring
- Ability to blend/smooth areas of parts with the use of various tools (air grinder, belt sander, file, etc.)
- Experience deburring metals including steel, aluminum, and titanium to remove excess material from parts without causing damage to part
- Must have strong work ethic, drive to achieve high levels of performance and can demonstrate a detail-oriented nature and on-time attendance dependability
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Four to five years of experience in aircraft/aerospace deburring
Responsibilities
