About The Position

Hand Finisher / Deburr Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing Location: 3617 E La Salle St, Phoenix, AZ 85040 Shift Options: Day Shift Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required. Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
• ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 35 LBS
• ABILITY TO SIT AT WORK STATION FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
• Must be willing to comply with personal protective equipment requirements (eye and hearing protection, etc)

Nice To Haves

• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE USING A MICRO BLASTER IS A PLUS
• THE USE OF MICROSCOPES
• HAND HELD AIR AND ELECTRIC DEBURRING TOOLS
• KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF DEBURRING ABRASIVES,AND BURRS FOR SEPCIFIC MATERIALS
• MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

• DEBURR/HANDFINISH PARTS PER SKETCH/BLUE PRINT INSTRUCTIONS AND OR DEPARTMENT/LEAD/SUPERVISOR INSTRUCTIONS
• READ AND UNDERSTAND BASIC BLUE PRINT NOTES AND DEBURR SKETCHES
• COMMUNICATE AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS
• CLEANING OF PARTS AS NECESSARY
