What You'll Do: Manage Collections: Contact customers with delinquent loans to secure payments, commitment agreements, or establish repayment plans. Customer Service: Provide professional and empathetic customer service regarding collection issues, maintaining a positive customer experience. Communication: Utilize phone and email to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented. Adherence to Regulations: Follow state and federal debt collection laws and company policies and procedures. Account Management: Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, processing account adjustments resolving discrepancies, and serving as a proactive liaison between creditors and customers. Skills & Qualifications: Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and account management. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
