About The Position

The Debit Ops Representative processes ATM Card, Debit card and prepaid card orders in addition to other back office functions such as call back and certifications. The representative must follow all required processes and standards to ensure the accuracy of card fulfillment and submissions. This position typically works under close supervision and direction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of financial services experience
  • Minimum 1 years of direct client service experience
  • Minimum 1 years of bank card operations or ATM experience
  • Organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks and insure proper follow up is maintained.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must excel in a fast paced environment and be able to respond in deadline situations.
  • The candidate must be proficient with MS Office, strong knowledge in excel.
  • Able to work extended hours when required.
  • Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems and meet deadlines.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Must be available and able to work flexible hours, as required.
  • Handle other tasks as the need arises

Responsibilities

  • Processes individual new/replacement card orders and prepaid card, using a variety of software and hardware
  • Strictly follows all department control processes and reporting requirements
  • Prepares packages for shipping and creates shipping labels
  • Performs physical counts of inventory and makes appropriate adjustments on inventory levels under supervisor’s guidance.
  • Performs end of day reconciliation of physical stock against various computer reports
  • Performs routine administrative duties, including data entry and organizing courier pick-ups
  • Tracks inventory movement and keeps accurate records
  • Reviews production orders or schedules and ensures scheduling delivery dates is met.
  • Be able to identify and report defects or machine malfunctions. Troubleshoot and solve minor machine malfunctions and report when machine output is not meeting production standards.
  • Responsible for quality of work, and housekeeping of work area.
