At KIPP Public Schools Northern California, we believe accurate and actionable student data is key to student success. We are seeking a Dean of Data and Student Information (DDSI) to ensure students meet academic and administrative milestones by holding both students and adults accountable for excellence. This leadership role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who follows through and sets high expectations for students and families. As the owner of the school’s data systems, the DDSI meticulously maintains student records, ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, and leverages data to support academic achievement, attendance, and behavioral outcomes. By analyzing trends and coordinating interventions, this role drives data-informed decisions that keep students on track for success. Reporting to the Director of School Operations, the DDSI will sit on the Operations Team as well as the Academic Leadership Team, collaborating closely with school leaders, teachers, and the Regional Operations team to ensure data drives equity and achievement.
