About The Position

Dealership Admin/Title Clerk We are seeking an experienced Dealership Admin/Title Clerk. Job Duties – Responsibilities Process Titles & Registrations : Handle all paperwork for vehicle ownership transfer, including applications and license plates, for new, used, and wholesale vehicles. DMV Liaison : Submit legal transfer documents to the Texas DMV and ensure all filings comply with state regulations. Document Accuracy : Verify customer information, funds collected, and lienholder payoffs are correct before processing. Record Keeping : Maintain detailed, accurate records of all title and registration transactions and outstanding work. Accounting Insight : Post daily deposits that are taken on-site; help maintain a strong connection between Corporate and CLN staff. Payroll : Assist in collecting documents and time cards for the payroll team at the central office. Onboarding : Assist the HR department at the central office in communications and documentation review during the onboarding process. Essential Skills & Qualifications Detail-Oriented : Meticulous in checking documents for errors. Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Computer Proficiency : Experience with data entry and dealership software (like Reynolds & Reynolds) is preferred. Communication : Clear communication for internal staff and sometimes customers. Must stay current on Texas Department of Motor Vehicle (TxDMV) regulations. Familiarity with specific state forms and procedures for vehicle titling and registration in Texas is crucial.
